Hamdan bin Mohammed attends graduation ceremony at HBMSU

Dubai Crown Prince and President of the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU), His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, attended the graduation ceremony of the university’s ninth batch of graduates, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre on Tuesday.
During the ceremony, His Highness reviewed several university initiatives, including blockchain technology that allows students to easily access their grades and certificates, as well as their smart educational file, among others.
A total of 222 students received their graduate and postgraduate degrees for the academic year 2017-2018.
The ceremony was attended by Lt. General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chairman of Police and General Security in Dubai and Chairman of the University's Board of Governors; Minister of Education, Hussain bin Ibrahim Al Hammadi; Dr. Mansoor Al Awar, University Chancellor.
Faculty members, administrators, and parents of the graduates also attended the event.
